Turkmenistan is represented at the 7th Tsinandal Festival of Classical Music, which was ceremoniously opened in Georgia on September 4. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, on September 9, the festival will feature musical works by the world-famous Turkmen composer Nury Halmammedov. Türkmenportal
