From September 15 to 20, a delegation of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, together with representatives of other state agencies, paid a study visit to Estonia. The trip was organized within the framework of the joint UNDP and Ministry of Communications project “Support to the introduction of a pilot system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in Turkmenistan.
